Product details

Commercial-grade equipment, inspected and supported by warranty.

The BUILT Strength OG Series Belt Squat loads the lower body through a hip-mounted belt rather than a barbell on the spine - eliminating spinal compression entirely while allowing high-volume squatting at heavy loads. The belt anchor system keeps resistance centered at the hips, producing a natural squat pattern that keeps the torso upright and the load on the quads, glutes, and hamstrings without involving the upper back, shoulders, or spinal erectors at all. This makes it an essential tool for athletes with back or shoulder limitations and for anyone looking to add squat volume without additional spinal loading.

Multiple stance variations - wide, narrow, glute-focused, and split-stance - are all accessible from the same station, and high weight-loading capacity supports serious progressive lower body development. Compact 70" × 44" footprint, 420 lb frame. New.

Quadriceps Glutes Hamstrings
Calves Adductors Core Stabilizers

Zero Spinal Load - Belt Anchor System
The belt anchor loads resistance directly at the hips - eliminating spinal compression, shoulder loading, and upper back involvement entirely, so every rep's effort goes exclusively into the quads, glutes, and hamstrings.
Multiple Stance Variations
Wide, narrow, glute-focused, and split-stance squatting all accessible from the same station - shifting quad, glute, and adductor emphasis with each stance for complete lower body development across all training goals.
High Weight-Loading Capacity
Plate-loaded resistance supports serious progressive lower body development without any stack ceiling - load as heavy as the training program demands for quad and glute strength development over time.
Ideal for Back & Shoulder Limitations
Athletes recovering from back injuries, shoulder impingement, or anyone avoiding spinal loading can maintain high-volume lower body training on the belt squat without any compromise to leg development or training intensity.
